Payment Methods and Cancellations
Weekend bookings are a $25 up charge. A 50% retainer (non-refundable under any circumstance) is required at the time of booking to confirm your date. Retainers will be accepted via Venmo (@taylorgirard) or CashApp ($taylorgirard) unless otherwise agreed. Remainder of balance (Venmo, CashApp, Cash, Credit Card) is due on day of actual shoot. If you need to pay via credit card, a 4% convenience fee will be added to the total. Reschedules, along with complete cancellations made outside of a 14 calendar day period forfeits the retainer. Rescheduling is allowed one time from the original appointment date. If the second appointment is cancelled for any reason, even during the 14 day period, the retainer is forfeited by the client. Any rescheduling will require a new retainer fee.
